One day introduction to carving stone based upon supplied templates. Use of simple templates e.g. flower, ivy leaves, fish etc. to carve a circular relief panel.

Spend a half day/full day, or two days with Jonathan, who will guide you on tools and techniques or help you on your own projects. These sessions can be regarded as beginner and 'improver' sessions for those who would like a grounding in stone carving; rather different than our other sessions that are defined by specific templates, projects, or themes.

Freeform and Relief carving sessions help you with using tools, developing techniques and creating your own projects.
